Focused on the theme of water, the François Schneider Foundation has, since 2011, built up a singular collection of contemporary works questioning the aquatic subject under different prisms.
A poetic walk along the towers and ramparts of Aigues-Mortes will present generative drawing, blown glass abyss, piece of ocean, imaginary planet, submerged shores through installations, videos and other unique pieces. The relationship to the Mediterranean, the history of salt, the seascapes, the rising waters, the flow of the wind are all views in confrontation with a historic and emblematic building.
